As a dedicated learner through all phases of life and career, she obtained Coach training at the Adler Institute in Toronto in the early 2000s, (certified through OISE at UofT). She chose the Adler Institute as its core belief that people want to contribute and do good work, and this is a foundational principle of her work. Additionally, she has trained in Six Sigma, Project Management, has used Theatre Improvisation and Design Thinking for improved outcomes, and is pioneering organizational culture design work.
