Susan teaches business at Humber College and at Centennial College in the areas of management, leadership, marketing, customer service and strategy. She also leads the Entrepreneurship program at Humber College.

With a background as an urban planner and marketing leader, she brings a keen understanding of process and people management. Like her Inside Innovation Consulting colleagues, Susan has founded a business, focused on marketing innovation. Her business experience has brought her into contact with fields like food, retail, hospitality, senior care, and computing software.
